At the farm you will find a wide range of organically grown produce growing year round. We grow over 100 varieties of vegetables, flowers and herbs.  We also have an apiary on site. 

High tunnels:

We have 6,000 sq. feet of growing space under cover for all 4 seasons of the year.  In Fall/Winter/early Spring they are planted with spinach, arugula, baby kale, mache, turnips, radishes and chard.  In the summer they are filled with heirloom tomatoes and ginger.  

Specialty crops:  we grow microgreens, pea shoots, wheatgrass, ginger, and tumeric, and high quality heirloom tomatoes.  We also grow certified organic transplants for spring plant sales at our farmers markets.  

Field Crops: 

Field Production goes from April to late November. Our varieties are selected for flavor, so we have unique selections that you won't find in the grocery store.     

Spring Crops:  Spinach, arugula, salad mix, head lettuce, turnips, radishes, onions, peas, broccoli, pac choi, yukina savoy. 

Summer Crops:  A wide variety of heirloom tomatoes and peppers, cherry tomatoes, Italian and Japanese eggpplant, onions, garlic, head lettuce, cucumbers, squash, carrots, beans, broccoli, melons, summer squash, garlic and potatoes.  

Fall Crops: carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, pac choi, chinese cabbage, winter squash, sweet potatoes, potatoes, spinach, arugula, lettuce mix, head lettuce, radishes, potatoes, leeks, raddichio, and fennel.
